Incentives

Local Incentives:

The City of Box Elder welcomes your business and is committed to making your experience seamless. To support your success, we offer a dedicated community liaison who serves as your single point of contact—guiding your company through local processes and ensuring an efficient and business-friendly experience.

We offer a comprehensive range of incentives designed to support and encourage business growth. These incentives include both monetary benefits—such as tax rebates, grants, and infrastructure support—and non-monetary advantages, such as expedited permitting, strategic site selection assistance, and access to key local and regional partnerships. Our goal is to create a supportive environment that meets the unique needs of each business.

Contact the City of Box Elder, Economic and Community Development Department for specific Local Economic Development Programs that are available and specific to your project.
